Your Inside Scoop to the Suits and Styles of the ESPN Monday Night Football Analyst Team

Let’s be real.  If you are a Steelers fan, last night’s game was not exactly a nail-biter, and if you are a Bengals fan, well, we are sorry.  The Monday Night Football announcing team gave us plenty to watch in their custom Britches Bespoke suits.  Here is what they wore:

Joe Tessitore – Play by Play Analyst

Joe’s suit this week was a dark navy with a subtle red window pane over-check pattern and was styled with a peak lapel.  His shirt was solid white and styled with a wide spread collar.  Pulling the outfit together was a beautiful woven neat patterned tie in navy, white and red and a white pocket square with a navy border.  This was an elegant and dressy ensemble that had the ideal contrast to compliment Joe’s dark hair and skin tone.  In addition, the wide spread collar is always a great choice for Joe, as it helps to offset the narrowness of his face.

Booger McFarland – Analyst

Booger’s suit was a rich charcoal grey with a subtle multi-color glen plaid pattern and a subtle red window pane over-check.  His shirt, white with narrow navy and burgundy stripe was perfect with his tie – burgundy with a broadly spaced navy stripe and his white pocket square with a pink”ish” red border.  Here we had another combination of rich colors, such as the deep reds to really compliment Booger’s skin tone.  You might notice that the narrow stripes in his shirt do not clash with the wide stripe in his tie, due to the difference in scales (see week 3).

John Parry – Officiating and Rules Analyst

John’s suit was a medium blue ti-weave, which really compliments his blue eyes and skin tone.  His shirt was a light brown and white Bengal stripe (an obvious ode) and he’s wore it with a broader stripe tie in navy, tan and fawn.  Rounding out his ensemble, his pocket square was light brown with a white border.  There may not be an ensemble that John could wear that would compliment his coloring as much as this one.
