Your Inside Scoop to the Suits and Styles of the ESPN Monday Night Football Analyst Team

Joe Tessitore – Play by Play Analyst

Joe’s suit is a beautiful medium grey tic-weave. His shirt has a white ground with a strong navy and forest green stripe in it and his tie is dark navy and forest green, with a navy, gold and tan foulard pattern in it. His pocket square is white with a grey border. There are several things we really love about this outfit for Joe. Wearing green and grey together is very sophisticated and on Joe it happens to be a very flattering look because of his coloring. The bold navy, green, and white stripe shirt against his suit and tie produces the high contrast that Joe will always look his best in, and the tannish gold color in the tie compliments his skin tone.

Booger McFarland – Analyst

Booger’s suit is a navy self herringbone with a subtle light blue stripe in it, and it is styled in single breasted with a peak lapel. His shirt is a solid deep blue twill, and his tie is claret red with a light blue and white pin-dot pattern. His pocket square is blue with a white border. This is an elegant ensemble with a very rich color palette that is very flattering on Booger. The rich claret red of the tie against the deep blue canvas of the shirt really helps to frame and highlight Booger’s face.

John Parry – Officiating and Rules Analyst

John is wearing my favorite suit for him: a medium grey with a tannish gold stripe. His shirt is a solid soft pink, and his tie is navy blue with a light brown and tan teardrop pattern. The outfit is complete with a white pocket square with a navy border. Every component in John’s outfit compliments his coloring. The tannish and gold stripe in his suit and the color of the teardrop pattern in his tie is essentially his hair color. And although John is fair complected he has a little red in his face which the pink shirt helps to bring out and give him color, and the blue ground of the tie compliments his eyes which are also blue.  Again it’s a combination that produces little contrast matching the contrast between his hair and skin color.
